Address: 113-115 North Michigan Street
Current Use(s): Dr. Plumlee’s dental office and The Wild Moon Rose, an event center
Year Built: 1874
Design: Italianate
This building was built in 1874 and this building is currently used as Dr. Plumlee’s Dental Office, the Wild Moon Rose, and an event center. Currently the building is 2 stories after the 3rd floor burned down in 1946 and was removed. An interesting fact about this building is that it is one of the oldest buildings in Downtown Plymouth. Once the baloney building had an iron balcony. It is a unique feature for a building downtown, but sadly the balcony was moved when the 3rd floor was burned. Today, upper floor has been remodeled into apartments.
