“Potters Pad” was built for a single lady named, Celestia Simons. It is one of the few three story buildings in downtown Plymouth. The first and second floor were rented out as offices. The third floor was a meeting room for Celestia’s Saturday Club. Also, the third floor was home to the Eagles Lodge where the Fraternal Order of Eagles met. Furthermore, there was once a large golden eagle statue on the top of the building but mysteriously it disappeared.
